2cupsCooked Chickenuse a rotisserie chicken if desired
3Green Onions diced small
1cupFull Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cupGreek Yogurt plain
1/4cupRanch Dressing
3/4cupBuffalo Sauce
1cupShredded Mozzarella
1cupShredded Cheddar
2tspGarlic Powder
1tspKosher Salt
1tspOnion Powder
1tspDried Dill
1/2tspBlack Pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a blender (or with an immersion blender) combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch dressing. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Combine the blended cottage cheese mixture with the shredded chicken, green onions, buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the dried spices together in a bowl.
Once fully mixed, transfer it to a 8x8 ban or 9 inch round baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Baked the high protein buffalo chicken dip for 20-25 minutes or until the top is melted and the sides are bubbly. You can broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with crackers, tortilla chips, pita chips, and celery and carrots.
Notes
For extra protein, use grilled chicken breast, and if you prefer a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
