Hard Cider
room tempertature
1/3
cup
Honey

tbsp

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F. and grease a bread loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, measure and sift 3 cups of flour. Then stir in the 3 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of salt.
To the center of the flour mixture, pour in the room temperature (must be room temp) hard cider and then the honey.
Gently fold the cider and honey into the flour until the foam subsides and the mixture becomes a tacky dough. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the greased bread pan and spread it out evenly.
Carefully pour the melted butter over the top so it spread out as evenly across the top of the dough.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the dough is set and golden brown and the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
Let cool for 1 hour before removing from the loaf pan. Slice and serve as desired.
Notes
Keep the bread stored in an airtight container on the counter for 2-3 days or in the fridge for 5-7 days.
