Ingredients
1cupBBQ Sauce
1/2cupKetchup
1/2cupWater
2tbspApple Cider Vinegar
2tbspSoy Sauce
3tbspLouisiana Hot Sauce
1tbspPaprika
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspOnion Powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
Bring to a low simmer, stirring often so the sugars don’t burn.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning—add more vinegar for tang, more brown sugar for sweetness, or more cayenne for heat.
Remove and cool to room temperature. The sauce is best when it has sat for about an hour before serving for best results.
Store in a jar or airtight container for up to two weeks in the fridge. Serve with smoked rib tips, chicken wings, or fries, and enjoy!
Notes
If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water or apple cider vinegar to thin it out.
