This recipe will walk you through the process of using the “hot n’ fast” technique on your smoker to make some killer ribs.

Prep your meat, add your binder, add your favorite BBQ rub.

For hot and fast ribs, go indirect at 300 F. Mist every 30 minutes.

After about 1.5 hours, remove and wrap in foil. Wrap the ribs tightly to prevent steaming.
