If you love take out style cheeseburger sliders made with ground beef, slices of cheese, and topped with crispy pickles, then this recipe is for you!

Slider Ingredients:  - Hawaiian Rolls - Ground Beef - French Onion Seasoning Mix - Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Mayo (yes, mayo...) - Any other favorite burger toppings!

Start by cooking the ground beef and the French onion seasoning mix together in a large frying pan. Allow it to fully brown.

Allow the ground beef to cool a but, remove the grease. Then mix in the shredded cheddar and mayo to the ground beef.

Fully combine these ingredients in the pan and set the pan aside to prep your slider buns. The ground beef mixture should look like this.

Use a serrated knife and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half to remove the top of the buns. Leave them connected! Place over foil.

Next, add all of the ground beef mixture over the bottom half of your Hawaiian rolls, and pat the mixture down a bit.

Add any desired burger toppings. I like to add pickles, but caramelized onions and bacon are delicious too.

I like to make my sliders EXTRA cheesy, and place it over the top of everything else. Then add your top buns and push down lightly.

Wrap them tightly in foil and seal it closed to prevent the bread from drying out. Make sure it's coated with non-stick spray.

Place them in your oven or on a smoker (indirect heat) and cook for 25-30 minutes. You want then heated through and nice and cheesy!

Unwrap them from the foil and brush the tops with melted butter. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired for the full "burger bun" feel.

Serve on a platter as is (you can easily pull them apart) or slice them and place them on a plate for friends and family to enjoy!
