Start with your beef. Remove from packaging and slice thin it it isn't already.

Remove moisture and pat the meat dry. This helps with browning the meat and not steaming it.

Add seasonings - Garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce or amino acids.

Sauté on high heat with onions and red pepper. Add the Thai basil right at the end.
