Gather your wet and dry ingredients. I use almond flour for the base and low carb sweetener. Use regular sugar if not keto.

Mix everything in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer for best results.

Place your batter into a bundt pan of your choice and bake in the oven.

Let it cool 99% of the way before trying to remove it (otherwise it will break... trust me).

Follow directions to make keto caramel sauce (not hard but directions are specific).

Pour the homemade keto caramel sauce over the top of the low carb bundt cake.

Add shredded unsweetened coconut and then low carb chocolate, melted and drizzled over the top!
