Cooking Tools Needed: – Mixing Bowl – Fork or Whisk – Measuring Cups and Spoons – Pie Plate – Food Processor (for the crust)

Start by preparing the almond flour keto pie crust in a food processor. Pulse until it forms a dough.

Place the dough by hand, into a pie plate (no rolling needed). Crimp the edges and place in the freezer to chill.

Grab your quiche filling ingredients- Eggs, half and half, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian spices, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, half and half (sub heavy cream for even less carbs) and spices together. You want it to be airy.

Remove the pie shell from the freezer. Place 1/2 cup of cheese in the base of the raw crust.

Carefully pour in the egg mixture and fill the pie. Sprinkle in the remaining cheese and place the pepperoni over the top lightly.

Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. At this point you need to cover the edges of the crust and bake for another 30 minutes so the center sets.
