My favorite go-to thin crust keto pizza dough recipe that takes only a few minutes, is gluten free and dairy free, and is the perfect crispy, crunchy, cracker-style crust!

“School” Supplies: – Food Processor – Measuring Cups – Parchment Paper – Rolling Pin – Pizza Pan (or cast iron works perfect too)

Mix up the almond flour based dough in your food processor for best results.

Prep your other ingredients (I like to pre-cook my sausage, prep my sauce, and grate the cheese).

Roll out the crust so it's very thin between two sheets of parchment paper.

Add the cheese and sausage (or other desired toppings) and pop it bake in the oven to get crispy.
