Cooking Tools Needed:– Food Processor– Measuring cups and Spoons– Pie Plate– Aluminum foil or pie crust shield (The shield helps prevent the crust from over cooking)
This recipe is made easiest with a food processor, but the butter can be cut in by hand. Start by adding the dry ingredients and mix. Then add the eggs.
Pat the dough out onto your counter into a solid dough ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until needed. It also can be placed in the freezer too.
Grease a pie plate with non stick spray. When you're ready to make your pie crust, just simply press it into the pan by hand. So much easier than rolling!
