Gather your ingredients: -Strong Brewed Coffee - Allulose Sweetener - Vanilla -Vodka

What is allulose sweetener? It acts just like other low carb sweeteners (erythritol, monk fruit etc.), but is the best way to create syrups and liqueurs because it doesn't recrystallize after it cools.

Can I use a different sweetener? I cannot recommended other low carb sweeteners, they will not give you the same effect. But, standard sugar will work fine (if not keto).

Heat your coffee and allulose together until simmering and remove from the heat.
