Cooking Tools Needed: – Tortilla Press – Frying Pan – Spatula – Food Processor – Measuring Spoons & Cups -Cookie Cutter

Making the Dough: Add the almond flour, psyllium husk, xanthan gum and spices into a food processor.

Making the Dough: Add in the water and one whole egg and pulse to combine.

Making the Dough: Mix until the dough starts to come together.

Making the Dough: You should remove the dough and pat it out into one large ball and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Making the Tortilla: Roll the dough thin or use a tortilla press using small balls of dough. You can also cut the tortillas out with a cookie cutter or a pot lid.

Making the Tortilla: Using a little avocado oil and medium heat, cook the tortilla 30-45 seconds per side in a pan. It should be lightly browned.
