These crispy grilled, spicy wings bring the heat with this flavorful Thai inspired coconut curry style hot sauce.

“School” Supplies: – Paper Towels – Baking Sheet – Large Bowl – Small Pot – Whisk – Measuring Cups/ Spoons – Tongs

Prep your wings, pat them dry and add the dry rub seasoning.

PRO TIP- Add baking powder to help remove moisture and get them extra crispy.

Pop them onto the grill, air fry, or put them in the oven until cooked to a minimum of 165 F.

I like to cook my wings to around 180-190 F. The tendons break down and make the wing  more palatable.

Whip up the Thai curry hot sauce using  some of the dry rub mixture from earlier, butter, hot sauce, coconut milk and a handful of other ingredients.

Sauce them up right off the grill!
