This cauliflower elote grilled side takes inspiration from the classic Mexican street corn dish to a whole different level.

Tools You'll Need: – Knife & Cutting Board – Small Bowl – Whisk – Measuring Spoons – Tongs

Slice your head of cauliflower into four, one inch thick "steaks".

Lightly oil and then seasons both sides of the cauliflower with Tajin.

While you can roast these in the oven, grilling the cauliflower adds a ton of flavor and nice char.

Grill (or roast) until tender and you get a nice color on each "steak".

Add the Tajin lime seasoned mayo to each cauliflower steak.
