Start by prepping your ingredients - Celery, onion, curry powder, and grapes are needed.

I use a pre-made curry powder for this but you can make your own with spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander.

Oil and season your chicken generously with the curry powder.

Grill your chicken about 3-4 minutes per side. Grilling adds a lot of extra flavor to this salad!
