Start by prepping your chicken and make the chili powder and lime marinade.

I make my own Tajin (chili lime) seasoning. You can also use store bought if needed.

Next prep your fajita vegetables (peppers and onions). Add the chili lime marinade as well.

Add the peppers and chicken to skewers for grilling (this adds so much flavor).

Grill your peppers and chicken over indirect heat to start. Then finish them off on direct.

Remove from the grill and then assemble your salad base.

Use your favorite lettuce and prep other toppings like avocado, salsa, and dressing.
