Cooking Tools Needed: – Mixing Bowl – Cooling Rack / Foil Pan or Baking Sheet – Tongs – Oven Mitts – Small Pot – Whisk

Start by prepping your wings and slice your bacon in half.

Use your favorite BBQ rub to coat the wings to start. I used my go-to all purpose BBQ rub.

Add baking powder or cornstarch to your raw wings so the skin gets extra crispy.

Wrap the bacon around the wing flat and tuck it under so it lays flat.

Cook them on your smoker or grill on indirect heat until the bacon fat renders and the wings are cooked.
