Cooking Tools Needed: – Cutting Board and Knife – 3 Mixing Bowls – Whisk – Baking Sheet – Cooling Rack – Air Fryer (or Cast Iron Pan) – Tongs Instant Read Thermometer

You can use the following methods for cooking: 1. Air Frying 2. Shallow Pan Frying 3. Baking

Gather your ingredients: Chicken, egg, almond flour, arrowroot powder (se subs in link) and Cajun spices needed.

Mix up this insanely addictive Cajun spice blend. Keep extras for other dishes, trust me!

Next, prep your chicken. Buy pre-cut tenders or make your own. Add the seasoning. Thinner chicken strips work best!

Dip one strip at a time in the egg wash and coat completely.

Dip the strip then in Cajun seasoned almond flour and press down a bit.

Repeat this process until all strips are done! I made 12 strips total.

Pop into an air fryer if you have one. Cook until crispy and the chicken is 165 F.

No air fryer? Cook in avocado oil using the "shallow pan fry" method. Cook until crispy and the chicken is 165 F.

Or finally, give baking a go! Again, cook until crispy on an elevated rack until it hits 165 F.
