Easy low carb gnocchi recipes like this skillet pizza dish are the perfect way to enjoy your favorite comfort foods with fewer net carbs!

I used cauliflower gnocchi for this recipe to amp up the veggies and keep the recipe lifestyle friendly. But, you can use regular gnocchi if you prefer.

Prep the gnocchi of your choice with olive oil, Italian seasonings, and some red pepper flakes for a little spice. Add a little salt to if you prefer.

I like to partially cook the cauliflower gnocchi so they aren't frozen anymore. Use your oven, skillet, or air fryer to heat them up to start.

Next, prep your toppings for you skillet! I made a supreme pizza with all different veggies, sausage, and pepperoni. Use what you like.

If using cast iron, add parchment paper to prevent a chemical reaction. Add tomato sauce to the gnocchi.

After adding your sauce, layer on a little cheese before adding the toppings. Use an Italian cheese blend for max flavor!

Cover in all your desired toppings and then add on additional cheese. Bake it in a 350 F. degree oven until bubbly and heated through.

Top with fresh basil or shredded parmesan cheese and serve hot. This also reheats really well for easy lunches and dinners throughout the week.
