Start by gathering your ingredients- You need chili peppers, onion, bacon, cream cheese, and blocks of cheese.

Slice the peppers in half, then scrape out the seeds and pith (the white part).

Mix up the filling, grate your own cheese and stuff your peppers!

Wrap each one in a piece of bacon and place on an elevated wire rack to bake or grill.
