Ingredients
- 1 loaf Ciabatta or French Bread halved
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1/3 cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion finely diced
- 1/4 cup Green Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place each one, cut side up onto the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, yellow and green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until fully combined.
