Easy Lemon Dill Sauce

A perfect dip or sauce for any roasted or fresh veggies, chips, fish, and chicken!

This recipe uses lots of pantry and fridge staple ingredients, and comes together in about 5 minutes. Serve right away or later in the week as needed.

Use a variety of fresh or dried herbs for this recipe. I like to use fresh dill if I can and have it on hand but it does work fine with dried too.

Sour cream is my favorite base and has the right thickness. You can also use Greek yogurt as a substitute as well if desired.

To a medium size mixing bowl, add in your sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, and herbs.

Simply, mix until it's fully combined and taste test. Adjust seasonings as desired and add salt and pepper.

Serve right away over your favorite fish, chicken, or it's great with roasted veggies or a baked potato.
