This super easy classic dinner of Polish sausage and sliced cabbage cooked on the grill is the perfect low carb comfort food meal!

Cooking Tools Needed: – Knife & Cutting Board – Skewers – Pairing Knife – Small Mixing Bowl – Measuring Spoons – Pastry Brush – Cooling Rack – Baking Sheet

Place each sausage on a skewer and cut around the sausage on an angle to spiral it onto the stick.

Slice your cabbage into 1 inch thick "steaks". Coat with the ground mustard on both sides.

Place over a medium hot grill over the flames. Move the sausage and the cabbage frequently.

Use a grill basket if you have a hard time keeping the cabbage steaks intact. They should get a slight char.

Remove and serve with onions, bacon, and more mustard. Place a sausage skewer over the top.
